What is the hourly rate for a Smarter Tutor?
Hourly rates for Smarter Tutors vary depending on the tutor’s credentials (e.g., highest degree earned, teaching experience and expertise) and will fall in the range of $50-80 per hour.
My child just informed me that there’s a test tomorrow! Can you find us a tutor ASAP?
Don’t panic! We know exactly how you and your child feel, and we will do our best to find you a tutor STAT. Please fill out this form and one of our staff will get in touch with you as soon as possible. If you’re really in a pinch, please contact us at (858) 754-9499.
Do you offer group tutoring?
Yes, we do! We love to have students work together with a Smarter Tutor. The hourly rate will be adjusted depending on how many students are in the group. Please contact us to arrange group tutoring.
My child is under-stimulated in school. Can Smarter Tutoring provide additional, more challenging coursework to keep my child engaged?
Yes, we would be happy to offer your child additional attention, so he or she can stay engaged.
What is the “Smarter Students of San Diego” program?
At Smarter Tutoring, we value the people of San Diego, and we want to give back to our local community. We allocate 10% of our proceeds to our Smarter Students of San Diego program, which enables Smarter Tutors to give individualized attention to the students in our under-served schools in San Diego.
Do you offer a military discount?
Absolutely, and thank you for your service. At Smarter Tutoring, we offer a 10% military discount to the children of active duty or retired military personnel. Please contact us for more information.
Do you offer a teacher’s discount?
Yes! We recognize that our local teachers are our local heroes, and we thank you for your time and dedication. We will gladly offer a 10% discount to the children of San Diego teachers. Please contact us for more information.
Do you sell my e-mail address or other contact information?
No. We value your privacy and do not distribute any of your information.
